All of  our items are ready to ship with the exception of any personalised items you may want added or special orders. 

If you are needing your item urgently and live in Auckland please let us know and we will do all possible to speed up delivery for you.

Once your order is completed and ready to be picked up by the courier we will send you a tracking number.  All of our deliveries are made by NZ Post or Aramex Couriers and are picked up in Auckland.

Our items are normally delivered between 2-5 business days depending on the delivery address.  This can extend by 1-2 days if a rural address.

During the holiday season this time can be extended due to the large volumes the couriers are delivering.  There can also be delays due to COVID restrictions which our out of our control.
