Can I return something if I don't like it?

Yes.  You must return your product within 14 days of the product being shipped .  Any returned product must be returned in all of the original packaging, and in as new condition.  We do not refund shipping or pay for returning items.   Any personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.

THE GIFT WAS A CORPORATE GIFT, CAN I GET AN INVOICE?

WHEN WILL MY NAPPY CAKE ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Nappy Cakes are shipped the following day they are ordered, unless there is a special request and items need to be sourced.  You will be advised when ordered personalised cakes the timeframe to make and ship.

WHAT SIZE NAPPIES DO YOU USE?

We generally use  Huggies Newborn Nappies and infant size 2 as these are the most popular,  however we can make your nappy cake with any size you request.

DO YOU PERSONALISE ITEMS?

​

Yes. We can personalise any onesie or bib for your nappy cake.   We have some previous designs we have created for customers on our creations page that you can check out.  If you would like to know more click on the customised link on the home page.
